Once the table is set and drinks are served, it’s time for coffee. Mother’s Day is a perfect time to make whipped coffee especially if your mom is an iced coffee fan.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp of Instant Coffee
4 Tbsp of warm water
Sugar to taste (I put in 2 tsp)
Milk (Either dairy or a non dairy option)
Combine the instant coffee, warm water, and sugar in a bowl and whip with a hand held mixer. You can also do it with a whisk but it will take much longer. After several minutes the mixture will start to resemble the texture of whip cream. If you’re using whisk, angle the bowl slightly and whip, don’t just stir!
Fill two glasses with a few pieces of ice and 3/4 of the way up with milk. Scoop in the instant coffee of serve!
